BRINGING HONESTY, INTEGRITY, and TRANSPARENCY to OUR CITY GOVERNMENT
Larry is a native-born and reared here in Bay St. Louis. The son of Larry Sr., and Pat Smith. He grew up helping in the family-owned and operated Lusich’s Department Store in the Depot District. After pursuing a professional career in Computer Technology and Psychology, Larry's dedication to our community truly began. Serving as Co-Commander of the Bay St. Louis Police Department Reserve Division, and as Clerk of the Court Department, Larry gained knowledge of the inner workings of city government, while gaining the trust and respect of the citizens. That truth and respect has grown through the years with his involvement in many civic organizations and as a small business owner of Storm Computers for nearly 3 decades.

​While Councilman of Ward 4, Larry was dedicated to providing top-notch services to our community. His honesty and integrity, along with his commitment to delivering exceptional results while positively impacting the lives of all residents of Bay St. Louis, are just a few areas that separate him from other candidates for the position of Councilman-At-Large. He is passionate about Bay St. Louis and will strive to exceed expectations in every project he undertakes.​
